If December weren't busy enough... Let's add in a couple extra concerts to round out our schedules. Chris has actually been home a lot of this month due to a travel freeze for work. We are enjoying his company, and he was able to attend both of the girls' concerts. I had a church meeting for Misha's so it was nice to have Chris take over there.
Amy's concert was a few days later--on her birthday no less. She was not thrilled about having to attend on her birthday nor having to miss her Young Women white elephant gift exchange. She is skilled with the hand chimes though. It was rather funny to watch her and her friends after a particularly fast-paced and challenging song high-fiving each other at the finish.
Good job girls. I am impressed with your musical talents as a hand chimer and a percussionist (not a drummer).
