Kristen's Birthday

My baby turned eight. It is amazing to look at her and see all the changes of the past eight years. She is a beautiful young lady, and we are grateful to have her in our home. As the youngest she has a lot of people telling her what to do, and it is a struggle for her as she wants to exert her independence as well.

Some of the amazing things that Kristen had to look forward to at eight were her baptism, getting her very own library card, and her very own set of scriptures.

I volunteer in Kristen's classroom at school on Friday mornings.  It worked perfectly for me to celebrate with Kristen at school on her birthday.  Sorry to Mrs. Petersen for the sugar high so early in the day.
