Insist on happiness. These three words were signed by Chris' Aunt Lori on a wedding card to us. It made an impression then and continues to be a theme in my life. I also sign it on all wedding cards I give.
But life can be both bitter and sweet.
It is up to us to choose whether we want to reflect
the voices of gloom or gladness.
