The weather previous to the blizzard this weekend had been so lovely with temperatures in the 60s and 70s. It just gave me spring fever in wanting to be outside planting and pruning and getting the yard ready for Spring.
I even planted my peas this past week and hope the moisture and coolness of the storm will be good for their growth. If not, there is still time to plant again.
I started cutting back my rose bushes. It's a good thing I love the look of them because their care isn't always easy on my hands.
I am excited about planting more hydrangeas, peonies, begonias, and lilac bushes this Spring.
