Chris landed in Sydney on Sunday morning. We chatted a bit while he flew, but he slept for half the flight and wifi was spotty otherwise.
He texted me about 3 pm Saturday afternoon. It was 7 am Sunday morning in Sydney.
He was happy to finally reach his hotel room, get a bit to eat, shower and relax. Just a bit. He attended Sacrament Meeting at a local ward at 10:00 am. His first uber driver canceled on him, so after ordering another one, he was a little bit late in arriving.
We chatted about house stuff after he got back from church as I am going to Colorado Springs this week to work on the iron railing design, more flooring, and then lighting.
After chatting with me, he went for a "walkabout" to get some fresh air and to try and get acclimated to the time change.
Chris bought a ticket to see the new Twister movie at the local IMAX—$30 US! for one ticket. Good thing work paid for it.
