I was reading in bed last night while Amy read a bedtime story to Kristen. Misha climbed under the covers and snuggled up beside me. After a minute or so she said, "If I am tired, can I fall asleep beside you and then you can move me to my bed later?" I assured her that she could. Less than two minutes later she was fast asleep.
Misha is my one child who will go to bed when she is tired. Even when she can stay up a little later on the weekend, if she's tired, she'll come and ASK me if she can go to bed. I ALWAYS answer, "You sure can."
