She was a wee bit tired. Her first match was great and she and her doubles partner, Lauren, "crushed" the other team. I arrived in time to see her second game and she and her partner were lacking energy. Amy was really hoping she wouldn't have to play a third match, alas, her wishes didn't come true. She was a little bit crushed with the final resulting loss.
On a happier not, she played with her doubles partner from last year in a match on Monday evening. They had a lot of fun together, were well matched with their opponents, and came out victorious. Hooray for happy moments.
