We have a great new realtor who is confident that she will get our house sold and quickly. Our property was listed as "Coming Soon" on Thursday, January 9. It won't be "on the market" until January 16 where we will start actively having showings, but in the Coming Soon stage, our realtor is able to start talking about the property and sharing it with her brokerage and contacts.
Our house was the featured house in the January 9th brokerage meeting and Krissy sent out an invite to 17,000 agents for the broker open house on January 16th. She will have treats, social media content available for agents, and a drawing for a stand up paddle board.
She has posted on Facebook and Instagram. The For Sale sign went up in front of our house on Thursday and on Saturday she door knocked all 37 houses on the Pelican Shores South and Pelican Shores North neighborhood to invite them to another open house for neighbors on the 16th. She has been busy and we are impressed. If you lived close by, I'd say come for the pastries that she has ordered!
