Oh lucky day! Chris had the day off too. We took the girls out for breakfast at The Egg and I in Longmont. We happened upon The Egg and I a month ago in Estes Park and were quite impressed with the selection and the taste and the pancakes that are the size of a serving platter. If you happen to go and Manny is your server, you'll not find a more personable young man. I forgot my camera, but imagine us eating pancakes, waffles, steel cut oats, fruit, and bacon. Yep, that's exactly what it looked like.
