On Wednesday morning, I sent a note to the school to excuse Kristen but noted that she would be at the performance in the evening. She walked out of the house wearing a face mask (none of us wanted to be sick), performed, and then came home to be sick all day Thursday.
Chris, Misha, and I attended the Thursday night dinner theater performance where the kids served us a dinner of salad, spaghetti with meat sauce, and chocolate cake.
Kristen was able to be in charge of the music instead of having to serve food to be people.
The play was great. Kristen was beautiful and confident in her role.
