Chris had to leave the house by 6 am on Monday morning for a business trip to Austin, Chicago and then Minnesota. He didn't get a chance to work out on Monday morning and his watch sent a sassy message on Tuesday morning after his workout.
"You took it easy yesterday, but let's close at least one ring today!" (I don't need extra sass or pressure from my watch so I have that feature turned off!)
