In the past couple of weeks, the workers have poured concrete on the deck, under the deck and on the front porch. The eave troughs are being installed; we talked with Linsey the General Manager and have decided, with her encouragement, to add rain chains by the front door because the downspouts would normally be placed in front of one window on the left and a shutter on the right.
The spray foam has been applied to the exterior walls.
