We have had an unseasonably warm December. I surely don't mind, though I know we could use the moisture.
Since we have a photographer coming on the 23rd for more listing photos, Chris spent a couple of hours doing yard work and cleaning up all of the fallen leaves. I helped by scooping the leaves up.
