Before we left for vacation, Chris and I came up with a plan for the girls to earn some spending money. I made a list of jobs such as washing all of the doors in the house, cleaning out the pantry, cleaning the laundry room, and wiping down the kitchen and dining room chairs (to name a few) and gave each job a dollar value. The girls then picked the jobs they wanted to do. It was win-win all the way around. I got a couple extra jobs done around the house; the girls earned some money.
