There is nothing that compares to the smell and taste of bread fresh from the oven. My kids love it when I make bread in the fall after a long hiatus in the summer where we try not to turn the oven on. I am thankful for my wheat grinder, and Bosch, and oven that makes making bread so much simpler. And the smell.
