It is always fun to see the progress of the house. We have had a camera set up in the kitchen so that we can see updates there as they happen and then there is a camera provided by the builder on the exterior. When it is working (it is solar powered and sometimes gets bumped), we can see the front of the house.
Our site manager, Warren, also sends us pics when we ask for new updates.
This week they were working on laying the forms for the concrete on the driveway. We will have a 13-foot asphalt driveway flanked by 18" of concrete on either side.
While talking with Warren, I asked to see any other updates. The tile on the fireplace in the basement had been installed. It was also used as the backsplash for the basement kitchenette.
The shower walls are in.
The tile in the master bath has been installed all the way to the ceiling.
The kitchen backsplash was tiled all the way to the ceiling.
So much going on since we visited just a couple of days ago.
