Kristen was sad to say goodbye to her coworkers at FedEx Copy. She WAS NOT sad to say goodbye to the drive to and from work each day. The FedEx store was just off the University of Utah campus, so the 45-minute drive from American Fork was tedious at best.
She started listening to talks and books on tape to make the time pass by faster.
In the short time working at FedEx, Kristen made a great impression. Not only did she receive a $5000 scholarship, but her boss said he would be happy to hire her back once she returned from her mission.
