In all of the craziness of the outburst of the guy at Caprese Trattoria, Chris paid his bill without retrieving his credit card. Not sure how that happened.
It wasn't until a week later that we were in Cafe Rio that Chris realized that his credit card was missing. We thought back through the past week and his last purchased and realized that it had been used last at Caprese Trattoria.
We weren't too far from the restaurant and drove over there as soon as we finished eating at Cafe Rio. When Chris went into Caprese, the guy at the bar pulled a stack of "left behind" credit cards out of the cash register and shuffled through until he found Chris'.
So glad that it was kept safe for us. So glad that it wasn't stolen and had crazy charges added so that we would have to get a new card and make so many changes online.
